KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Human Settlement and Public Works Jomo Sibiya addressing ward 29 residents regarding the damage that was caused by a storm in Msunduzi and Umngeni.

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Human Settlements and Public Works Jomo Sibiya has promised Msunduzi residents affected by recent storms they will get help within seven working days.

Sibiya said this while addressing ward 29 residents in the Pakisi area in Copesville on Tuesday. He visited the area to assess the extent of damage to the houses after the recent heavy rains and storms.

He was accompanied by Msunduzi mayor Mzimkhulu Thebolla, uMgungundlovu District mayor Mzi Zuma and ward councilor Sphamandla Madlala.
