A hijacking took place at a Pietermaritzburg Shell garage.

Three people were arrested following a hijacking incident at a Shell Garage in Pietermaritzburg on Wednesday morning.

According to the private security company, Magma Security and Investigations, the incident took place just before 2 am.

Shaheen Suleiman, owner of Magma, said their Magma Pietermaritzburg Central Armed Response received a call from Control that a silent panic had been activated at a Shell Garage.
