Pietermaritzburg businessman, Rajivee Soni, is expected to start serving his 23-years-and-seven-months sentence for killing doctor Bhavish Sewram on Tuesday.

Sources at the Pietermaritzburg High Court said on Thursday that arrangements have been made for Soni to hand himself over to the court’s registrar on that day.

At the moment, he is out on R400 000 bail.
