Parts of Pietermaritzburg were without water for most of Sunday.

Ashburton’s Lynfield Park, Copesville and parts Scottsville are some of the areas that were affected by separate incidents of water outages.

Community WhatsApp groups were also flooded with reports from areas such as Eastwood, Mountain Rise and Panorama as the reservoir feeding these areas was said to be low.
