Jacob Zuma’s advocate says the former president continues to be “most concerned” about the alleged leaking of his confidential medical information to a journalist.

He takes the matter so seriously that if there is “no action” in terms of his complaints to the Pietermaritzburg high court and to President Cyril Ramaphosa. Zuma will take further legal steps, said his advocate, Dali Mpofu, to Judge Piet Koen on Wednesday at Zuma’s corruption trial.

This prompted a response from the judge who said he has noted the matter and will make his decision known when he gives judgment, but Zuma can take whatever steps he deems fit.
