Princess Charlene, who was raised in South Africa, was good friends with the late King. And I believe the only European Royal to attend. pic.twitter.com/kZrpFASkgV
The service, which started on Thursday morning, is being
attended by high profile dignitaries, including President Cyril Ramaphosa and
his predecessor, Jacob Zuma.
The King, who passed away on Friday, was buried on Wednesday night.
Princess Charlene was seen at the memorial wearing a black face mask, a lace veil and sat close to where President Ramaphosa was seated.
