Sharing nude images and videos online could land you in trouble.

Sharing and distributing other people’s sex or naked pictures or videos is a cybercrime and can land you in prison for up to four years.

Despite this being a crime with dire circumstances, many people are still sharing such content without consent from the people on the videos or pictures being shared.

The most recent incident is the video showing a sexual act between a female warden and a prisoner at the Ncome Correctional Centre in Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal, that went viral about a week ago.
