Rajivee Soni is appealing his murder conviction.

Five Supreme Court of Appeal judges on Monday heard businessman Rajivee Soni’s appeal against his conviction and sentence for killing Dr Bhavish Sewram. The appeal was heard virtually and judgment has been reserved.

Advocate Johan du Toit argued for the state while Soni was represented by advocates Mike Hellens, SC, and Jimmy Howse, SC.
