What is behind the assassination-style murder of a Msunduzi manager and Mkhonto weSizwe (MK) member who was gunned down in an Imbali tavern?

That’s the question many want answered after Sbonelo Ngubeni, the superintendent of auxilliary services at the Msunduzi Municipality licensing department, was shot at the Skapura Tavern in Mnqayi Road, Imbali Unit 2, on Saturday.

Sources told The Witness that two men entered the tavern at around 8 pm.
