It is ridiculous that the African Transformation Movement (ATM), with only two parliamentary seats, can ever hope to organise a no-confidence vote in President Cyril Ramaphosa as without massive support from other political parties it is simply the front for one of the many factions within the ruling ANC that wish to remain hidden.

Of course, the ATM effectively lost a confidence vote in the general election of 2019 where it only got two seats, so it could be getting some payback?
