LETTER:

It is election time and the campaigning has begun. This is a municipal election, meaning that it is vital that we concentrate on the type of individuals the political parties have put up to offer the best service delivery in our wards.

For example: how vociferous can your councillor be? Can they implement the Municipal Systems Act, and the Municipal Structures Act, in order to deliver the best services to you; and fight for your rights constitutionally?
