Zambian goalkeeper Sebastian Mwange and former Brazil-based midfielder Tyroane Sandows appear set to make their debuts for Maritzburg United on Tuesday as Eric Tinkler’s outfit seek to arrest a disturbing set of results in their encounter with Chippa United in Port Elizabeth.

The two men have been cleared to play for the floundering “Team of Choice” in what is Matchday 3 of 30 in the rebranded DSTV Premiership at the Nelson Mandela Stadium, after they put pen to paper in the Midlands at different times in October.

Mwange’s deal was done after United succumbed to Kaizer Chiefs in the MTN8 quarter-finals at the start of the 2020/21 programme on October 18 and then he witnessed his new team fall to both Baroka and Cape Town City in Premiership assignments on October 24 and October 28 respectively.
