Maritzburg United coach Eric Tinkler is faced with a tough challenge to quickly work out new and strong combinations for his Team of Choice who have started the season on the backfoot.

Maritzburg kicked off the new DStv Premiership with a 2-1 defeat to last season strugglers Baroka FC in Polokwane on Saturday.

Richard Mbulu and Nhlanhla Mgaga scored for the Limpopo men while Tinkler’s new signing José Ali Meza netted on debut for the Men in Blue.
