The embarrassment that was suffered by the Bulls in the Rainbow Cup final is one of the main reasons the Sharks decided to make major changes to their technical team.

The Sharks, together with Stormers, Lions and the Bulls, are preparing to tackle unchartered waters in the form of United Rugby Championship (URC) against European sides later this year.

Last week, the Bulls got a little bit of taste of what to expect in the new tournament when they thumped 35-8 by Benneton of Italy in the final.
