Maritzburg United’s rough start to the new DStv Premiership season continued on Wednesday as the local side lost 2-0 to Sekhukhune United at Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg.

Both goals for the Premiership rookies were scored by Nigerian forward Chibuike Ohizu in the first half of the match.

This after the Team of Choice started their campaign with a 2-1 defeat to Golden Arrows in Durban at the weekend.
