Dusan Stevic has joined Maritzburg United from Serbia on an 18-month contract.

In light of Maritzburg United’s dismal form, under-pressure coach Ernst Middendorp will be pleased to have two new men and two weeks to prepare for the next match.

Middendorp officially welcomed Serbian player Dusan Stevic and young South African attacking midfielder Keletso Sifama to his relegation-threatened side before the transfer deadline yesterday.
