Maritzburg United are planning to bounce back from their suicidal loss to Kaizer Chiefs in Egoli on Sunday with a wider selection pool this week, aside from necessary error corrections on the training field.

Coach Eric Tinkler, who bemoaned blunders on both ends in the 2-1 defeat to Amakhosi in the MTN8 quarter-finals at FNB Stadium, is set to have at least three extra men to count on for the DStv Premiership opener against Baroka in Polokwane on Saturday.

The local club say that, for a start, new South American striker Jose Ali Meza is expected to get his work permit before the end of the week.
