No joy … Maritzburg United coach Ernst Middendorp.

Maritzburg United have extended their winless streak in the DStv Premiership following their 1-0 defeat to Tshakhuma FC at Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg on Friday.

The defeat means that the two teams swap positions on the log table, with the hosts dropping down to position 15 and TTM moving one place up.

The only goal of the match came late in the first half through a well-struck free-kick by Thabo Mnyamane.
