My Vision Statement For South Africa

2016-02-17 04:09

One Day Leader

I envision a country where we as the youth raise the standard of the general public moving forward. I see us as the youth who are currently over 35 Million in population, work towards a future where we are important stakeholders.

We demand that responsibility of national importance be given to us. That prominent decision making roles that affect the youth be given to youth leaders so that we can truly understand and solve the challenges that young people face. I envision a country where we create a more equal level of education for all citizens through development of educational institutions in rural/semi urban areas. I envision a country where we reduce the unemployment rate by introducing new industries into South Africa and then compensating our youth to enter into those industries.

I envision a country where the generations moving forward are no longer job seekers but job creators. A country where entrepreneurship becomes a key concept and concepts like Forex trading be introduced to our country so that young people can become more financially savvy. I envision a country where the inequality among rich and poor is reduced substantially. A country where every young people understands how to network from primary school level and that every person builds their own personal brand in the country.

I envision a country where our crime rates are reduced through awareness programs, through rehabilitation programs and by drafting stricter laws into place for crimes like the use of drugs, rape or murder. I envision a country where we fight corruption in such a way that white collar crime suffers an equal or higher punishment to blue collar crime. A country that teaches financial concepts to our youth so that they spend their future income building an empire for their family and people around them instead of wasting their income.

I envision a country that moves towards solar energy and solar technology which does away with harming our environment. I envision a country where we teach our children about charity before we teach them about anything negative. A country where we move towards gender equality by empowering our women into leadership roles both in business and politically. A country where we reduce the underlying racism that attacks the beauty of our country daily. A country that works with the private sector to create better public private partnership to assist more graduates and the elderly. A country where not a single worker is being paid under the minimum wage. A country that removes any outsourcing if it's exploiting our workers.

I want to encourage our youth to write and become authors. I want to encourage our youth to start reading more and use technology as a supplementary item and not an alternative to a book. I want to represent progression and ambition...I was a small farm town boy from Klerksdorp in the North West who had big dreams. A boy who always wanted to influence society positively and leave a sustainable ever lasting impact on the country and the world when he is gone. Come, let me show you EMPIRE, a national best seller written by me. Anything is possible

I will be pushing my vision statement on a leadership reality show called One Day Leader every Monday's from 4:30-5:30 on SABC 1.

Please do vote for me SMS " Leader 1" to 33121 (R1.50 per SMS) and you can SMS as many times you want.

Thank you South Africa
