SA 'Maoris' or just simply South Africa or Azania

2016-10-17 07:21

We are coming from a very divided past and should NEVER EVER dream of going back there. We are the Rainbow Nation, we are a blessed Nation we have overcome many things and will still reach higher heights together.

Unfortunately there are those of us that believe that they are better then others. There are those that believe an all inclusive South Africa is a favor to some from others whereas it is merely correcting the wrongs of the past. Nowhere is this more evident then in our national sport the game we love and treasure RUGBY.

Now, dear friends, if New Zealand is able to select a Maori team with no outcry from any administrator, supporter, player, political group or sponsor surely we can test the same. Let’s select a black only rugby team, it can be called the A-team or simply South Africa and see whether SA’s only winning formula is ‘domkrag’ power rugby with kicking as the main weapon.

Where will the players come from? Well I took the liberty of assembling a squad already and let it be known that this group only consist of players known to the greater public, but there is more talent out there if only the Administrators really care to go out and look.
