South Africa ,Black or with Milk?

Would you like your South Africa, Black or with Milk? The answer to that question is for every South African to work through within themselves. There seems to be a lot of commotion within this beautiful country, and what I've come to learn with my many experiences is that beauty is pain of which South Africans are over qualified in. The year began in dramatic fashion with the flight of the Sparrow and the adventures of "The Monkeys", who really want their bananas back from 1652. This sent a lot of South Africans over The Cliff and raised questions that we thought we had answered before. The matric results served as a warning, of what happens when people pay too much attention to the cow dung Nkandla has produced over the quality of students we produce. The Fourth Estate in South Africa has become the Forbes Estate with little consideration of the effects it has on the people. So again I reiterate would you like it black or with milk?

Racial inequality is a merry-go-round that South Africans revisit every time the media decides its worthy enough of an issue to run with for sales. We now have an adult democracy yet people are still dragging their feet, Whites on the one hand still reminiscent of old Jan days and Blacks assessing if a civil war is imminent. I rubbish all previous thoughts and give you a solution to your problems.

South Africans need to grow up, this from the President to the latest newborn. If anything watching South Africans conduct themselves makes me feel like a babysitter with not enough nappies to contain the amount of excretion that is oozing from this grown baby. Many will cry whatever injustices the please but my plea to South Africans is to see where the world is going and if we are indeed headed in the direction we told ourselves. An injury to one is an injury to all, that over exercised phrase is highly applicable in this decaying country.

If you are within the walls of South Africa you must understand that for a country to be functional all people must participate with the same goal in mind. To the white South Africans, If you are not prepared to build a country with fellow people, actually black people then you should be in a space where you should consider getting out of the country. it is not something up for negotiation rather an instruction because if you are not willing to forgo whatever prejudices that you hold or whatever superiority complexes taught at home then you are in the wrong place. Another thing the land, racial integration can only be possible with not equal distribution of land and resources rather "just" distribution of land and resources. White people cannot be blind to their privilege and how it was acquired much like black people aren't blind to the pitfalls of African states that forcefully ejected white people from their countries. South Africa is as much yours as it is ours, well supposed to be that way. This will seem like a regurgitation of baby EFF & daddy ANC policies rather it is a proposed partnership between all that live within this country. If we all have what matters to us invested in this country then surely we can be a space where everyone will be contributing to the same goal.

We have mounting problems in this country and based on the violence and intolerance wedging a knife behind co-existence of cultures we have duty to one another to unite, not because we are told rather because the times suggest countries with most intolerance of a cultural orientation are at war or building up towards it, #FeesMustFall, #RhodesMustFall #ZumaMustFall and #RacismMustFall have captured the imagination of most South Africans and if anything the youth is leading the way in taking ownership of the country's future. what I do lament however is the lack of participation by other cultural groups in South Africa when it comes to answering the hard questions. If you are indeed for South Africa and its prosperity best you align yourselves with the people advancing the fight for an equal and just society.

There will be much noise based on this and looking in the mirror is what South Africans hate most, but the question begs would you like your South Africa with Black or with Milk?
