THE END OF BLACK LEADERSHIP, WHERE TO FROM HERE?

2016-07-13 11:46

In the next coming twenty two years or so, will black people still be in power?.

This is, of course, the question that continues to haunt me constantly. Due to the carelessness that is displayed by black leadership, that expose corruption involving political leaders and government officials. As for this reason, the moral essence of leadership and governance turned out to be, at best, tenuous. Because inefficiency in the system, is at play, when corruption is exposed to its toes.

A nation that dance to the rhythm of its miseries, I believe, is likely to die by its own miseries.

Since the ANC (African National Congress) emerge as an exemplar of black leadership, the main stream literature on leadership suggests that the ANC is walking in the ways of its leadership decline. Through the course of taking up on a direction that misinforms the promises of our ideal society. Because much hope has been invested to leaders who fail to put people's interests before theirs. A sense of betrayal.

The lack of skill from these leaders to produce new ideas, left them wandering aimlessly in the dark. And when confronted they shield themselves with rehearsed excuses.

Leadership crisis tarnished its reputation as the harbor of leadership.

Given the thick layer of recession on our economy, our country deserve to be led by someone who is a moral thinker, one who will draw the direction. Not someone who find pleasure in stealing from the people. As is the case. And neither in the ANC's lineup for presidency seem to be such qualities.

History will never be proud of such leaders, in fact, it will write them off in its golden books.

It is time we realize the magnitude of the problem and, by the blast of the nostril, remove the vestigial remains of this dysfunctional leadership.

It is, however, necessary that I drill down to the mantle of facts. When democracy grew stronger, it melted away. And with our own eyes we see the drawing of its fluid lines.

In seeking alternative leadership, black people should dismiss a black dressed white opportunism desperately propelling its interest towards gaining their trust. They should do so implicitly.

In examining and analyzing the ancestral lineage of white political parties it is unsurprising, at least for me, to discover that they descend from a policy that intends to continue the legacy of Apartheid's racial anarchy. These parties interact with black people through a limited prism of liberalism. Because, the political climate of these parties doesn't fully extend to tolerate the concept of equality between white people and black people.

As for their reason, white people do not see racism just because they don't see it, but because they don't want to. Less than few white people admit to being racially prejudice. And, on their part, black people can pretend to believe they are fully integrated with white people, but they cannot pretend to feel accepted by white people.

When lies are paraded as truth, for a little while, truth become lies. Until such time when truth decides to expose its truthfulness and humiliate lies right on the spot. Black people should, of course, take a fearless look at the truth and humiliate this phony integration right on the spot.

In the highest power structures of white parties, the reason for having a black leader has always been to advertise a propagated notion of integration. As a strategy to draw in black people. And transforming white superiority is still the same agenda with only few edits there and there, in order to remain relevant in the democratic dispensation. Since, in these parties, leadership is an exclusive privilege for whites only, a black leader is closely monitored like a laboratory mouse in experimentation.

Black people should know that the future carries a genetic characteristic of the past. The true DNA of the DA (Democratic Alliance) is a typical feature of racial prejudice. It is polluted by racism.

AND. . . Together with some black-led political parties who, on my opinion, are just bragging and flagging with their pro-black agenda. Because their actions are motivated by greed. From time to time, as a result of division, such parties fails to withstand the test of time.

Many political parties in South Africa are institutionalizing dogma, and the dangers of party dogma is to teach unproductive politics.

Since it is impossible to predict what will happen. It would be foolish for me to pretend to have qualities of predicting the future. But it would be equally irresponsible for me not to formulate my predictions based on given clues at present. This is pure surmise on my part. In the next coming four years, as a result of poor leadership/governance, political and economic instability will project a state of social dysfunction. That would trigger the frustration of unemployment and poverty. This on its own will possibly worsen the racial relations and deepen the effects of social unrest. These latter challenges are political dynamite that will continue to integrate circles of hatred.

To avoid this, black people should be stingy with their votes. As a majority, they are the one's who decides who should be in power, therefore, they must choose someone who's fit to serve them. Not con artists.

I don't believe white people can solve black people's problems, black people should do it themselves, as they did before.
