Airline forgets toilet paper on 10-hour flight

accreditation

An airline forgot to replenish toilet paper supplies before a 10-hour flight.

Passengers on a United Airlines flight from San Francisco in the US to London, England, were left angered after crew told them to make do without any loo roll while in the air or to make use of materials from their hand luggage.

Flight attendants were then forced to stock the cabin toilet with napkins that had "Fly by the tips of your fingers" emblazoned on them.

Gretchen Holland, a passenger of the airline, told ABC news, "That's disgusting; that's just so terrible. If I'm paying for a ticket, that should include the price of toilet paper I would think."

United Airlines ? which has been ranked last in the American Customer Service Index ? has apologised to customers for any inconvenience caused but claimed they couldn't stop to restock supplies because it would have delayed the flight.
