
The 40-year-old actress has been married to Jurassic World star Chris since 2009, but the pair hit a rocky patch last year when an American tabloid magazine claimed Anna was concerned about the actor starring alongside Jennifer Lawrence in new movie Passengers - for fear he might be unfaithful.
While Anna, who has four-year-old son Jack with Chris, dismissed the speculation as "tabloid rumours", she admitted to pal Isla Fisher on a recent episode of her podcast Anna Faris Is Unqualified that the allegations had an unexpected effect on her.

"Chris and I... we grapple with a lot of the ideas of being a public couple," Anna explained. "We were in the public a little bit, there were some tabloid rumors about strain in our relationship.
"I just remember feeling so hurt in a way that bothered me, because I didn’t want to think of myself as somebody who could be bothered by … tabloid s**t."
Isla, who is married to Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen, then questioned Anna about what part of the situation hurt the most.
"I think it was a combination of things," Anna replied. "I take pride in how great my relationship is with Chris, but having said that, of course, in this crazy world where he’s off doing movies and I’m in L.A. raising our child, of course I’m going to feel vulnerable, like any normal human would.

"It made me feel incredibly very insecure."
Reassuring the actress, Isla told her that "it's much more interesting to see a story about a tumultuous relationship than a happy one,” before suggesting that Anna and Chris should consider "releasing a sex tape" if rumours about the state of their marriage persist.
Isla was on the podcast to promote her new movie Nocturnal Animals, in which she stars alongside Amy Adams, Jake Gyllenhaal and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
