The DJ who accused Justin Bieber of spitting in his face has filed a police report.
Justin (19) reportedly aggressively confronted Addison Ulhaq in the VIP area of The Social Room nightclub in Columbus, Ohio, last weekend, after being told the DJ was taking pictures of him, and while Addison hasn't pressed charges, he wants the incident "documented".
According to the report, obtained by gossip site TMZ, "The victim stated that the suspect told him that 'his mother was a bitch, his father was a bitch and he is a bitch.
"The victim stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident."
Addison claimed Justin was concerned because he’s underaged for the nightclub, and a member of the singer's entourage grabbed his phone to check for photographs of Justin in the club but didn't find any.
Following the alleged altercation, the DJ got tested for hepatitis, but the test came back negative.
A spokesperson for Justin refused to comment, but a source close to him said, "Everything's been going really well on the tour and it's just really sad that someone would copycat others' baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves."
