Big Sean says his girlfriend Ariana Grande is “amazing”. The 21-year-old songstress confirmed her relationship with the 26-year-old musician earlier this week when she called him “one of the most amazing men in the whole world”. And it seems the feeling is very much mutual, as Big Sean has waxed lyrical about his other half in a new interview.
'She’s great, man. We just enjoy other'
“She’s amazing, too,” Sean said during an interview on radio on Power 105. “She’s great, man. We just enjoy other. We’re happy; everything’s good.”
The musicians have collaborated on songs including Best Mistake, Right There and Problem, and have teamed up again for a track on Sean’s upcoming album.
But the musician says the tune is something completely different from both of them.
“She’s on a song on my album,” Sean said. “It’s kind of more my element than hers.”
The pair first found themselves at the centre of romance rumours when they were captured by cameras holding hands backstage at the MTV Video Music Awards in August.
But when Ariana was asked about the potential romance during an interview with Ryan Seacrest, she fumbled over her answers.
“I mean, I guess, curiosity man, it’ll kill you,” Ariana blushed. “I don’t know what to say, Ryan. Why are you doing this me?” she demanded.
The singer admitted she isn’t opposed to discussing her relationship with Sean entirely. She simply refused to share details about her personal life with eager listeners.
“I’ll tell you. I’ll tell you when we’re not on the air. I trust you,” she told the radio host. “I’ve known you a long time. I don’t know about these millions of people listening in right now.”
