Blake Lively has reportedly been craving "organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream". The 27-year-old actress recently confirmed she and her husband Ryan Reynolds are expecting their first child together, choosing to announce the news on her Preserve website.

'She sends Ryan out in the middle of the night for organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream and small-batch pickles'

It's not known when the star is due, but she's apparently already been keeping her hunky husband busy with pregnancy requests.

"She sends Ryan out in the middle of the night for organic hand-churned pumpkin-flavoured ice cream and small-batch pickles," a source told British magazine Heat.

"He barely has five hours' sleep and even when he gets in bed, she asks for hour-long foot and neck messages."

Blake has posted many pictures of herself cradling her baby bump on her lifestyle site.

The A-list couple have kept all other details about the pregnancy to themselves, although her tummy is already sizeable.

Blake and Ryan married in a secret ceremony in 2012 and shortly afterwards she spoke about how excited she was to start a family with him.

"I've always wanted a big family... Oh, I'd love 30 [children] if I could," she told Allure magazine.

"Right now, I'm so peaceful... I've never been happier in my life.

"It’s the choice that you have to wake up every day and say. There’s no reason today can’t be the best day of my life."

Ryan's said much the same thing; although, with three brothers, he joked that he was worried about fathering boys.

"I'm terrified that I'm genetically predisposed to only having boys. That's frightening," he told Details magazine. "By the time I was ten years old, and I'm not exaggerating, I knew how to patch drywall. There's nothing my brothers and I didn't put a hole in. We turned our home into a Wiffle house. That's something I'm not looking forward to."
