August: Osage County actress Misty Upham’s body may have been found.

The 32-year-old, who is also known for her work in Django Unchained and Frozen River, was reported missing on October 6. A body discovered close to the White River in Seattle, Washington, is now thought to be hers, according to local news outlet KIRO TV. “Friend of missing actress Missy Upham tells me a search party of three found her purse and then a body,” reporter Graham Johnson wrote on Twitter on Thursday.

‘I feel that she has been hurt by accident or someone has put her in harm's way’

There has been no official identification by authorities as yet. However, The Seattle Lines heard from police spokesman Steve Stocker there is a “good chance” the body is Misty’s.

The star’s father Charles was the first to report her missing ten days ago and also spoke about her struggle with mental illness.

“Our officers responded to her apartment where she lives with her parents on Sunday for a suicidal call,” said the same police spokesman on October 11. “When our officers got there, she had already packed up some belongings and left the apartment, so the officers were not able to contact or find her.”

Stocker also revealed that they had responded to suicide calls at the actress’ apartment four times in the last year.

Charles had spoken about his daughter’s panic attacks and depression. However, on October 12 he wrote on Facebook that he did not believe Misty committed suicide.

"I feel that she has been hurt by accident or someone has put her in harm's way," he wrote on the social networking site.

Misty played the role of Johnna Monevata in August Osage County, alongside Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Ewan McGregor and Chris Cooper.
