Bridget Jones readers get David Jason extract

accreditation

Readers of the new Bridget Jones book were shocked when they got to the middle and found 40 pages of English actor David Jason's autobiography.

Publishers Vintage confirmed the Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy novel's printers had mistakenly included an extract of the Only Fools and Horses actor's tome, My Life, in some of the early copies.

A Vintage spokeswoman explained, "The printers have had a Bridget moment.

"A printing error has been detected in some of the very early copies of Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy.

"Copies printed on one day have given readers an accidental preview of David Jason's autobiography.

"We are taking steps to remove these copies from sale and will be replacing misprinted stock as soon as possible." -Bang Showbiz Share your thoughts:
