The We Can’t Stop singer and actor Patrick, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, confirmed their romance with a passionate PDA at a college football game this week. And while things began as a casual tryst between the pair, Miley is said to be keen to make things more permanent. Sources close to the 21-year-old say that Miley is now considering taking a vacation with her new beau. “She’s falling for him,” the source told HollywoodLife.com. “It was just a booty call thing, but they’re taking it to the next level. She wants to go away on a trip with him when he’s on a break.”
‘She hasn’t felt this way about a guy since Liam’
Miley has been single since splitting from music producer Mike Will Made-It earlier this year. She was previously engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, but the pair called time on their relationship in September 2013.
And insiders have said Miley is thrilled to have found someone she is beginning to have as strong feelings for as she did for Liam.
“She has true feelings for him and hasn’t felt this way about a guy since Liam,” the source added. “There is big potential for their relationship turning into something very serious. He’s quirky, sharp and really an independent thinker. Most importantly, he gets Miley, and Miley knows this. She knows he likes her for who she is, he gets her heart. Plus she feels really at ease with him, more herself.”
Patrick split from girlfriend Taylor Burns earlier this year after a two-year relationship.
