Clint Eastwood's estranged wife has filed for divorce.
Dina Eastwood, who recently requested that her petition for a legal separation from the Oscar-winning actor and director be dismissed, filed court documents to legally dissolve their 17-year marriage in Monterey County Superior Court in Carmel, California, on Monday (21.10.13).
The former news reporter cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and is seeking physical custody of their daughter, Morgan (16), according to People.com.
She has also requested spousal support and that her attorneys’ fees be paid by the 83-year-old star.
Dina was recently overheard saying their split was "unreal and heartbreaking" and allegedly admitted she still loves the Gran Torino star.
She’s also reportedly devastated that he is dating her former friend, Erica Tomlinson-Fisher.
The 48 year old first revealed in August that she and Clint amicably separated last year.
She initially said on Twitter that they were still good friends."I don't like reading negative things about Clint. He is a wonderful, good natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that," she wrote.
She later revealed she was very upset after seeing pictures of Eastwood on a date with Erica. There have been reports that she’s dating Erica's ex-husband, Scott Fisher. She said: "I am saddened to see photos of Clint with Ms Tomlinson-Fisher. I look forward to new beginnings." Share your thoughts:
