The 34-year-old Drive actor is one of the world’s most sought after heartthrobs, and has recently become a father with girlfriend Eva Mendes. But one woman is said to have taken her affections for the actor too far, and has incited legal action by the star.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Grace Marie Del Villar believes she is Ryan’s “twin flame”.
The gossip website also reports the documents state that Del Villar has to stay 100 yards away from Ryan from now on. This is thought to have come about after the New York based woman showed up at Ryan’s Los Angeles house in late October, called through the security gate and alleged she was “Ryan’s twin”.
Upon leaving the property, she left a “doll catalog” behind. TMZ claims prior to that she consistently attempted to contact and send things to the actor.
She is said to have sent him a magazine cut-out of Eva with her own contact information attached. In addition, she reportedly sent messages to Ryan’s sister with one of them claiming, “I am kicking your brother’s head.”
Eva and the pair’s two-month-old daughter Esmeralda are included in the restraining order, meaning Del Villar cannot come near any of them, or any of Ryan’s other family members.
Meanwhile, Ryan has recently lost the People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive title to Australian actor Chris Hemsworth. However, entertainment website The Wrap claims Ryan was in fact the one who turned town the opportunity, and not the other way around.
