Dashcam captures horrifying moment two taxis collide head-on

Dashboard cameras are becoming more and more common among motorists in SA -- and so is the harrowing footage captured on them.

The video below was shared by the Operation Crime Watch YouTube on September 25. It's uncertain where in SA the footage was taken.

East Coast radio host Jane Linley-Thomas also shared the video, commenting on how little respect she feels drivers have for the lives of those they transport, as well as the rules of the road.

"It is recorded that over 650 taxi accidents have taken place since 2013," she wrote, "but those are just the ones that are reported. How scary!"
