The 41-year-old actress married her television executive beau in a lakeside ceremony in Mexico back in May, 2016 with celebrity guests including Melanie Griffith, Ricky Martin and Victoria Beckham, who designed her wedding dress.
And in a new interview with Ocean Drive magazine, the former Desperate Housewives star revealed that she considers her new husband to be her one true love.
"Pepe and I are soul mates - I don't even know how to explain it, because it's like we're two different sides of the same coin," Eva explained. "He's compassionate, kind, handsome - he's everything I wanted and didn't even know I wanted."

This was the third time down the aisle for Eva, who has previously been wed to General Hospital actor Tyler Christopher, and basketball player Tony Parker.
However, the star confessed she doesn't regret any of her previous marriages. "I think every relationship is a path to where you are today," she shared. "Every wrong turn led you to the spot where you are, so it wasn't necessarily the wrong turn at the time. I wouldn't change anything - never.
"When Pepe and I met, I said I didn't ever want to get married again," Eva added. "He said, 'Great, me neither.' And here we are!"

The star is also enjoying her new role as stepmother to Pepe's children from a previous marriage - daughter Tali, 21, and twins Jose and Mariana, 13.
"They are amazing children - I’m so happy to be part of their lives," she gushed.
As for adding any babies to the Baston brood, the actress remained coy.
"If it happens, it happens. If it’s meant to be, it would be a blessing," said Eva.
