Eva Mendes wants to quit Hollywood!

Eva Mendes reportedly wants to quit Hollywood. The 40-year-old actress gave birth to her and her partner Ryan Gosling’s first child on September 12, a little girl named Esmeralda Amada. The couple are now said to be tired of the media spotlight they’re under in Los Angeles and want to move to the countryside away from the city.

'She’s so fed up with the fame game and couldn’t think of anything worse than raising a child in LA'

“She’s so fed up with the fame game and couldn’t think of anything worse than raising a child in LA,” a source told the American edition of OK! Magazine.

Apparently going undercover due to how recognisable they are has been wearing on Eva. She managed to remain unseen throughout the last few months of her pregnancy, hiding any evidence of a baby bump. She is now said to have had enough of this.

“It’s been tough on her hiding away with so much attention on her, and she’s turned into a fierce mama bear,” claimed the insider.

And Ryan, 33, is on said to be on board with these plans. He has shown interest in rural spots not far outside the city and in other states.

“Ryan’s all for it and they’re talking about ranches in Utah or Ojai,” according to the magazine’s source.

It has also been reported that the Drive actor is already eager to have more children. Eva is apparently not quite ready to think about this yet, however, just one month after giving birth.

“Eva pretty exhausted and just rolled her eyes, but Ryan’s so overjoyed at being a father and can’t believe how beautiful their little girl is he says it would be a crime to not have more,” the insider said.

It was even alleged that the couple are headed towards a wedding. Eva and Ryan have been dating since they worked together on The Place Beyond the Pines in 2011, which brings their relationship to three years.

“They’re incredibly happy and they want to be married as soon as she’s ready,” the source concluded.
