Finally! Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus make reunion official on Instagram

The 26-year-old actor and the Wrecking Ball singer reunited in December, 2016 and have attempted to keep their relationship on the down low ever since. It's the first time Liam has appeared on Miley's Instagram in a very long time. However, the 23-year-old did reference her romance last month when she posted a snap of herself wearing a top with her rumoured fiance's surname across the back.

Miley and Liam met while filming The Last Song in 2009, and got engaged in 2012. However, they split in 2013, and went on to briefly date other people.

Since their reconciliation in December, the pop star has been sporting the custom engagement ring Liam gave her when he first proposed, and the pair has been photographed together several times. However, they have yet to confirm their official status.

Earlier this year, Liam dismissed rumours he was engaged again and insisted the pair was not heading down the aisle anytime soon.

"I just find it's easier to not talk about my personal life because usually I say the wrong thing, so it ends up just complicating things more," he told Entertainment Tonight in May. "So, I feel like it's better not to talk about it."
