Funeral procession goes through Burger King drive-through

Each member of David Kilme's family and friends in the car purchased a Whopper Jr burger at his favourite fast food restaurant and one of the calorific treats was even left on the late man's coffin in the cemetery.

David passed away aged 88 and while he had a healthy diet before his wife Grace died 25 years ago, he ate what he wanted afterwards.

His daughter Linda Phiel said: "He lived a wonderful life and on his own terms.

"My mother kind of kept him in check. When she died, for a while, he would eat with us. But he considered us health freaks because we ate things that were green, like broccoli."
