Gearing up for the big day: Jennifer Aniston’s pre-wedding diet

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly keen to lose weight before she marries Justin Theroux.

The 45-year-old actress is set to marry her 43-year-old beau later this year. And while Jennifer’s toned figure is sure to be the envy of millions of women worldwide, it is said the star is doing everything she can to get into the best shape possible for her big day. “She doesn’t think she’s overweight by any means,” a source told the American edition of OK! magazine. “But she’s always said that she feels most confident when she looks a certain way. And there’s no doubt she’ll want to have that same feeling on her wedding day.

“She has a lot of goals that she wants to achieve, and the biggest one at the moment is getting slim the old-fashioned way: through diet and exercise.”

According to insiders, Jennifer is working out daily, sometimes even twice a day, and sticking to a regimented diet plan in a bid to shed a few pounds.

But Justin is said to be infuriated by his fiancée’s obsession with her figure, and prefers her to take a more relaxed approach to eating.

“Justin’s idea of fun is going out to great restaurants and trying out amazing food with her,” the source said.

“Justin thinks Jen looks absolutely perfect the way she is. He likes her curvier, with a little meat on her.

“Justin supports her, and he wants her to feel amazing, but he thinks her kale smoothies and six-almond-only snacks are a little ridiculous.”

Jennifer, who is thought to be 5’ 5” tall, previously revealed that her dream weight is between 110(50kg) and 113lbs(51kg). She is currently estimated to be around 123lbs(56kg).
