Gwyneth Paltrow 'not interested in a fling'

Gwyneth Paltrow is reportedly "far too focused" to have a "fling". The 42-year-old actress split from husband of over ten years, Chris Martin, in March, but the pair have remained on good terms since then for the sake of their kids Apple and Moses.

'Everyone feels she's far too focused to waste her time on a fling'

Chris is thought to have moved on with Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence, while Gwyneth is said to be loved up with Glee executive Brad Falchuk after meeting him during her stint on the show.

While many may wonder whether things are serious between the mom-of-two and her new beau, those close to the star claim she isn't the type to get into something half-heartedly.

"Gwyn is very attracted to Brad. Everyone feels she's far too focused to waste her time on a fling, and the fact he will have helped her through the worst of the separation from Chris must have shown her what a kind guy he is," a source told British magazine Look.

Brad is said to have "fallen hard" for her, and he is allegedly keen to settle down and start a life together. But the attention surrounding the Coldplay frontman and the Hunger Games actress is said to irk Gwyneth.

"She's moved on just as Chris has, but her new relationship hasn't made so many headlines," the insider noted, adding that rumours of her ex-husband and Jennifer getting closer and reportedly discussing marriage have made Gwyneth consider her own relationship.

"Gwyneth had come to terms with Chris and Jennifer dating, but the news of wedding bells will come as a surprise and, as always, Brad was there to offer support."

It's also thought Gwyneth is struggling to come to terms with being with someone who doesn't have the same A-list status as her, as she reportedly used to feel she could "share the burden" of her fame with Chris.
