The ad as posted on Gumtree
His ad on the classified ads website Gumtree reads, “I’m moving and selling my side of the bed. My brand-new ex-wife still owns the other side of the bed but don’t worry, she doesn’t seem to mind sharing it with complete strangers.”
The man, who according to the ad lives in Wynberg, Cape Town, is open to offers but warns tongue in cheek that prospective buyers should be aware that at least three other men could claim squatter rights to spot.
