'He sits in the sun!': German magazine under fire for misleading Schumi cover

accreditation

"What luck! He sits in the sun!" barks the headline on the cover of German magazine Die Aktuelle, featuring a picture of Michael Schumacher in sunglasses and a winter jacket.

The woman's lifestyle magazine claims Schumacher is "pushed on to the terrace by {his wife} Corinna on mild autumn days" in his wheelchair.

The only problem though, is the Formula One champion is doing nothing of the sort -- he's still being cared for at home Lausanne, Switzerland. The 45-year-old reportedly still can't speak and is suffering from memory problems.

The picture splashed accross the front page, alongside one of a beaming Corinna, is almost two years old. It was taken in St Moritz, Switzerland, on January 26, 2013.

This isn't the first time Die Aktuelle has been lambasted for trying to deceive readers with articles on Schumi. While the father of two was still in a coma, the magazine published a photo of him on their cover under the headline: "Woke Up!"

The accompanying article was actually about three other people who had awoken from comas.
