The duchess proved to be a huge fan of the American drama series when she recently grilled Damian about the whereabouts of his character, Nicholas Brody.
Camilla was so desperate to know what’s become of his character she took the opportunity to chat to him about the show when she met the 42-year-old and his family at the British Food Fortnight Harvest Festival at Westminster Abbey in central London.
“It's just getting very exciting,” she said. “But where are you?"
“I’m on the run, but wait and see," Damian replied.
She also asked Damian’s kids, daughter Manon (7) and son Gulliver (5), with his actress wife, Helen McCrory, about the programme.
“Do you watch your dad on the telly?” she asked. “Are you allowed to watch?"
The actor laughed and replied, "No, certainly not! Fortunately mummy is in Harry Potter so they can watch that!" Damian's family looked on as he read a special harvest poem written by poet Henry Birtles. After the reading, he said, "I think the harvest festival service and the harvest time of year is very special. I remember it from when I was at school. "It's a good way for children to have a tangible connection to faith, and to understand you can give thanks to something they see every day on the table." - Bang Showbiz Share your thoughts:
