
The 45-year-old actress became a household name in the 90s thanks to her role as Rachel Green in hit US TV sitcom Friends. But it’s taken her a while to feel truly comfortable with who she is and she insists she’s finally “100 per cent” confident in her body. “Everything I've learned, life's wonderful gifts, roadblocks, joys, ups, downs, everything is just – it's true, youth is wasted on the young. There's no doubt about it," she told Access Hollywood.

“I look at all of my girlfriends and friends, and I think we're all becoming more and more in our bodies."
The star credits her positive attitude in part to the healthy relationship she shares with fiancé Justin Theroux.
The couple became engaged in 2012 and she considers the actor a “beautiful equaliser” in her life.
"He's a really beautiful, wonderful partner, yes. He's quite special,” she said.
Jennifer and Justin’s relationship has been the subject of tabloid gossip since its inception in 2011.
But the star tries her best to shrug off any negativity the press throws their way, including recent reports they had wed in secret.
"I think we're just so uninteresting, we don't do anything, that there's no real narrative other than that to sort of slap onto us," she reasoned. "Then, once we do [marry], then it's gonna be –well, it [already] is the babies. I mean, it's comical!"
She insists she’s currently enjoying “one of the happiest times” in her life and intends to keep it that way.
