After two months out of action, Kate has thrown herself back into royal duties with gusto!

Kate, who is around 13 weeks pregnant with baby no. 2, attended Autumn Gala Evening dinner to benefit the Action on Addiction charity. The brunette beauty was all cutting-edge elegance in a Temperley London black cocktail dress decorated with slashed nude panels.
