Kendall Jenner 'doesn't need celeb boyfriend'

Kendall Jenner "isn't interested" in being one half of a power couple, according to reports. The 18-year-old recently had a lunch date with Canadian singer Justin Bieber during Paris Fashion Week. It was also rumoured that she was "obsessed" with singer Chris Brown. But it seems Kendall isn't fixated on finding a high-profile boyfriend.

'She isn't interested in becoming one half of a power couple; she's more low-key than that'

"Kendall is concentrating on her career," a source told British magazine Grazia. "She isn't interested in becoming one half of a power couple; she's more low-key than that."

The teen's profile was boosted dramatically during the recent run of Fashion Weeks as she walked in Paris, Milan and New York for the likes of Balmain, Chanel and Givenchy. It was in stark contrast to her debut last year, when she appeared in only one show in New York for Marc Jacobs' Fall/Winter collection.

As well as her work on the runway, she has been praised for her low-key attitude backstage, which contrasts with the paparazzi scrum that constantly surrounds her half-sister Kim Kardashian.

The 33-year-old was also at Paris Fashion Week, but on the front row, alongside her husband Kanye West. She attended the shows in a variety of flesh-baring outfits, but her approach to the industry is something that reportedly doesn't sit well with Kendall.

"Kendall loves Kim, but feels uncomfortable with the fanfare that accompanies her," the source continued. "She wants to be accepted by the industry on her own terms, which is impossible when Kim and Kanye are arriving in headline-grabbing outfits. Kim means the world to Kendall, and vice versa, but they increasingly belong to different worlds."
