But Kendra is starting to have second thoughts about the validity of these allegations and she is finding it difficult to take a recorded conversation that was leaked on the Internet which seems to capture the athlete committing adultery on tape very seriously.
"This is a straight setup and if anybody's listening to this and thinking, ‘oh, he's guilty,' who's the one guilty? The one that's setting up this blackmail," she told E! News. "That's the one who should be in jail right now.
“It was premeditated. I feel like celebrities right now have a big target on their heads and blackmail is to follow."
The 29-year-old Kendra On Top star admits she was close to signing divorce papers recently.
But after she listened to the leaked audio, she reconsidered scribing her name onto an annulment agreement.
"I found myself in a position where it came down to literally a signature for the divorce to go through and something held me back," she explained. "Something a bit more powerful pulled me away from doing that and the power I believe is my heart.
"I'm not making a rash decision, divorcing or staying with him. I'm trying to let things happen naturally, let things play out a little longer."
Kendra has been married to former Hank since 2009. The couple share son Hank Jr, four, and five-month-old daughter Alijah together.
Radar Online reports Hank Sr. was seen shopping for groceries at Whole Foods with his wedding band on his ring finger.
