Khloe Kardashian dishes on her daily double workouts

The 32-year-old has slimmed down dramatically over the last 12 months, often showing off her svelte figure in revealing outfits posted on her social media pages.

Revealing the secrets behind her figure on her blog,, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said she trains not only at 5am, but in the afternoon too.

However she doesn’t feel guilty if she misses one, writing: "You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going. Recently, I flaked on my second workout because I just couldn't do it! I felt bad about it at first, but told myself, 'I did it already today.'"

On top of her workout regime Khloe has made changes to her eating habits, explaining she’s trying to eat less and drink more.

"I drink like 5 litres of water a day," she added.

Despite her seemingly strict set up, the blonde beauty insists she doesn’t deprive herself of a treat every now and then. One way in which she has adapted her diet is by swapping common foods for better, more nutritious versions, like "high protein hummus" instead of cream cheese dip.

"Bonus points if you serve with veggies instead of crackers," she continued. "White pasta is high in refined carbs, which means it won't keep you full for very long. Vegetable noodles made from zucchini or squash are so much better for you and taste just as good with tomato sauce." Khloe is often sharing her top tips for keeping fit on Instagram and last month uploaded a video of herself and sister Kourtney Kardashian exercising with resistance bands. "@donamatrixtraining teaches Kourt and I how to get some strong ass arms!!" she wrote alongside the clip.
