Kim K tells girls to go commando

The 34-year-old reality TV queen is renowned for her curvy body, which she usually shows off in slim-fitting pieces. She's given her top tips to others hoping to emulate her look, explaining it's vital to think about the right undergarments before you head out.

"To avoid VPL if something's really tight, you can always lose the underwear altogether," she told British magazine InStyle. "I also wear a lot of Spanx - those really tight little shorts that suck you in. If it's a really good bodycon dress, it'll do that sucking in for you anyway, so you don't need the extra underwear, though it's good to feel secure."

Kim also considers her accessories carefully before heading out for the night. She's frequently said she wishes she could look good in flat shoes, but doesn't think they make the most of her 5ft. 2in. height. She's also unsure whether they are the right choice to go with a skin-tight dress.

"I really do envy girls that can wear flats, but I don't know if a bodycon dress looks good with them. My sisters Kendall and Kylie wear them all the time and they look amazing, but they're also really tall and skinny!" she giggled.

The TV star is known for her dedication to the gym and is regularly snapped heading for a workout. Her dedication to skin-tight outfits has another happy side effect for the star - they ensure she doesn't overeat.

"I have a bigger chest and a bigger butt so I have to watch my angles when someone's photographing me in something tight. If you're wearing bodycon, you also have to watch what you eat while you're out. It helps with a diet because you don't want to have a big bowl of pasta in a tight dress!" she said.
