Kylie Jenner sued over car crash

The 17-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star caused a three-car pile-up in August 2013 when she was driving a Mercedes G-Wagon through Calabasas, California. Now one of the parties she rear-ended is said to be taking legal action against her. The accident took place less than a month after Kylie turned 16. She ran into the back of a Toyota, which in turn hit a Subaru in front of it. The star is being called a negligent driver by the driver of the Subaru, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. Her mother Kris Jenner is also reportedly being sued, as she was the registered owner of the car.

The woman alleges she incurred injuries to her back and neck, according to the gossip website, who claim to have spoken with her attorney. However, when the incident was initially reported last year they claimed nobody was injured.

The 2013 accident was not Kylie’s last. In August 2014, she was driving her brand new Range Rover through Los Angeles when she claims she was rear-ended. The incident caused thousands of dollars in damage to her new car.

This won’t have been an easy year for underage Kylie, who has also been facing allegations that she has been injecting her lips with fillers. She has denied the claims, as have her sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian.

Earlier this week, Kylie was seen celebrating her sibling Kendall’s 19th birthday at a party with celebrity friends including Cara Delevingne.
