The lucky chap in question is an American doctor, who Susan met while on her US tour. The duo were staying at the same hotel.
Susan, who once admitted she had yet to have her first kiss, shared a romantic meal with the man and it must have gone well -- he's planning to pay Susan a visit in West Lothian in Scotland.
"It's very early days so we'll see what happens," she said in the interview. "I hope he comes over."
